A quite new building (2001), with utilities conferring a high comfort. The location on a slope of the valley is offering a gorgeous view to the Bucegi Mountains and Magura Hill, and the surrounding pastures are inspiring you a pleasant feeling of freedom.
The inside decorations with hunting trophies and a lot of flowers create a rustic strengthening environment.
The beautiful dining place, with its two-sided view, is preferred by tourists when weather conditions avoid outdoor stay.
Preda family is one of the first in this area dealing with rural tourism and the experience says its word... Local well prepared gastronomic specialities, but especially the disposability and the smile of your hosts is anything a tourist could dream about during a holiday here!

Access by car: from the main road Bran-Campulung, at about 1,5 kms from the Castle of Bran, turn left on a hill, on a country road - quite narrow in the first part - and continue for about 200m (signing on the main road: "PODU SIMON"). The house is on the right side of the road, easy to identify due to the little columns decorating the outdoor stairs up to the first floor.
