RASNOV/ Guesthouse MARINE MOUNT

A traditional, refurbished house (double insulated windows, modern bathrooms), located right close by the mountain covered with fir forests. From the yard full of roses, when you dine under the grape arbour or on the upper floor terrace, you’ll hear the wind rustling through the fir branches, not even 40m away, or birds chirping among the twigs.
Your hosts, an extremely friendly family, know how to welcome and entertain anyone who comes to their doorstep. Good speakers, they are proud to share with you some of the secrets of these places, known only by them.
Mrs. Georgeta Preda, educator and trainer in the pedagogy of Rudolf Steiner, invites you as a part of cultural tourism, to visit a small exhibition of specific hand-made toys of Waldorf Kindergarten, located inside the guesthouse.
Your only concern must be not to forget that any holiday has an end, too… But it is more than certain that you’ll come again to the MARINE MOUNT pension in Rasnov some time in the future!

Access by car: arriving on the E574 (DN 73) road from Brasov to Campulung, after entering Rasnov, turn left toward the historic core of the town of Rasnov (little willow park), then turn right and continue on a street that is parallel to the Bran – Rasnov main road (I.L.Caragiale Street); after about 1.5km, on the left side of the street, at no.211, you will see the guesthouse (right across the street there is a row of blocks of flats). The guesthouse stands about 30m off the street.

	- guided trips to the area: Rasnov Castle, Bran, Poiana Brasov, Paraul Rece(Cold Creek), Rasnoava Gorge, Sighisoara etc.
