The Frumosu (Beautiful) village is the first locality after driving out of Vama, on the road between Vama and Vatra Moldovitei, the site of the Moldovita monastery. The CASA ANDREI guesthouse is a highly modern construction, a real holiday villa, inaugurated in 2005. The interiors are state-of-the-art, luxurious (double insulated windows, tiled floor etc.). All is so clean it shines. The light rooms offer a nice view to the surrounding mountains. Although located relatively close to the highway connecting the Vama village to Vatra Moldovitei, the interiors are perfectly soundproof. Your hosts are a young and hospitable family. Dynamic people, they are ready to tell you the story of these lands. Places: 22  Access by car: arriving on the E576 road from Campulung Moldovenesc to Gura Humorului, from the centre of the Vama commune (Town Hall), drive on towards Gura Humorului until the bridge over the river, then turn left before the bridge on DJ176 to FRUMOSU – MOLDOVITA. From the entrance in the village Frumosu, continue about 3.7km more, then turn right, immediately after a green house; the pension stands about 30m off the main road.
