A modern building, located in a quiet place. The indoors are beautiful and richly decorated with carpets and embroidery. In the silence of the evening, you can watch from the first floor terrace the view of the village and listen to the murmur of the Sasului River. Also, spending the evenings on the terrace (enjoying a glass of wine or bier), in the fresh air, represents a real way of relaxing and entertainment. Your hosts are young and have 4 years experience in rural tourism. They will do everything to make you feel sad when leaving this beautiful location.

Access by car: from the crossroad in the centre of Botiza (the new church), opposite the church, follow the road Valea Sasului, along the Sasu River for about 850 m on the Sasului Valley up to the first crossroad with a country road which climbs the hill to the left (at the crossroad there is a blue water pump). Turn right down on an oblique road, cross the bridge over the Sasu river, turn left on a local road. The guesthouse is about 50m farther away - the last before on the right side.

	- barbecue and camp fire
	- presentation of traditional weaving on a wooden loom (you may buy Maramures rugs directly from the crafter)

	- rides in a horse-drawn cart or sledge
	- indoor games (suba, rummy, ping-pong) - available on place
