In the morning, when opening the windows of your bedroom, you will be delighted by the beautiful view of the forested hills and pastures.
Your hosts, a young family, will impress you with their kindness. The husband of Ms. Patraus, who is a forester, knows all the secrets of the wild life in the zone. If you wish, he might accompany you as a guide to help you discover flora and fauna.

Access by car: from the centre of Botiza (the crossroad with Valea Sasului, in front of the new church), continue on the main street about 700m (passing in front of the local Town Hall). Immediately after crossing the Botiza river over the bridge, you'll see on your left the guesthouse.

	- discover farm activities: milking, haymaking and transport hay by a horse-drawn cart
	- bonfire, barbecue and parties with "ceterasi' (traditional local violin players)

	- mushrooms and wild berries collecting (wild strawberries, raspberries, blackberries)
	- visit local handcrafters: weavers, alembic (the source of "palinca" - double distilled plum brandy), smithy
	- hiking over the pastured hills up to Poienile Izei or Ieud
