MARAMURES / POIENILE IZEI / Guesthouse SABADIS

A modern guesthouse, in the local style, with a beautiful view on the whole village. When you take dinner in the light, covered veranda, you will have the large panorama of the forested hills an the traditional houses in Poienile Izei.
On Sunday morning you can hear the church bells calling local people to the service.
In the evening, around the barbecue, you will admire the starry sky and you will hear the remote sounds of the village.
Ms. Sabadis, the house owner, will delight you with local traditional meals; Lica, her husband, will be happy to relate you all local history - he is a very good interlocutor.
It is for sure that you will come again with pleasure at this guesthouse!

Access by car: from the crossroad with the road to church in Poienile Izei, continue on the road on the right by the Town Hall for about 150 m. The guesthouse is on the right side of the road , before reaching the top of the hill (it is the third house from the local Town Hall).

	- rides in horse-drawn cart or sledge
	- visit local handcrafters, the church, the blacksmith’s etc.
