Thanks to its placement on a hill outside the village of Cisnadioara, this guesthouse benefits of a special environment. The silence overwhelms you, you can hear only the wind, the bird’s twittering and the waterfall from the river. Far away you can see Cisnadioara fortress. The large property (about 4000sq.m.) and the meadow nearby (about 4ha), and the absence of other buildings in the neighbourhood make this location one of the most preferred ones by those liking holidays in the nature. The insides are decorated in rustic style, with woven textures, ceramic objects and national local costumes. The kitchen has a gorgeous view towards the landscape around and a nice traditional red brick stove: it is the preferred place for tourists having breakfast, while the hostess is cooking all kinds of gastronomic specialities. Your hosts are very nice persons, ready to make anything to make you feel well. Definitely you'll try to be back here for one of your next holidays!  Places: 8 Access by car: from ASTRA museum Sibiu, continuing to Paltinis about 1,5 km, then turn left towards Cisnadioara. After the entrance in the village, at the crossroad with the call box, turn right, pass the bridge over the Cisnadioara river (Silver Valley), then turn right and continue up the river for about 800 m. On the left side, you’ll see an inn and Salistean lodging is on the right side, on a small hill.
