A traditional German style house, with high entry gates and the courtyard covered with a nice grape arbour. The insides are very hospitable and decorated in traditional style. The courtyard paved with river stones is an oasis of quietness. The Cibin river, flowing close to the back orchard, is adding a special colour to this location.
While tasting great meals prepared by your hosts, they will delight you with tales on the history of these region.
Ms. Beu is painting icons on glass and miniature furniture, with floral decorations, typical to the Transylvanian culture. If interested, she can teach you the real art of patience in painting glass icons.

Access by car: arriving from Sibiu through Christian, in Orlat turn left (direction Gura Raului). Continue about 200m. The guesthouse is on the right side of the road and has a wooden signalling panel "Pensiune Agroturistica".

A C T I V I T I E S

	- rides in a horse-drawn cart or sledge
