An authentic
guesthouse, located in the centre of the village, on the right bank
of Sibiel river, in a dream-like landscape where you would wish to stay
forever. The atmosphere is intimate, traditional, with playful cats
and crowing roosters. From the courtyard, you can hear the river calling
you to bathes and fishing.
Your hosts are kind-hearted people, always willing to indicate a nice
place, to show you some farm activities, to accompany you to the local
crafters. In first, Mr. Stanca will bring you to the blacksmits who
makes souvenirs, an unique occasion for those of you interested in Middle
Ages! Children may learn to look after animals, feeding rabbits, ducks,
turkey hens. Also, they will be shown different activities of the household,
like grinding at a mill, cutting wood with an electrical cutter, the
alembic. For good reason Mr. Stanca got the diploma for his ingenious
ideas regarding spare time activities!
In summer, you can sleep in the hay, where you will hear the crickets
and see the starry sky, an unique experience for the growing urban life
of the tourists. Also new is the double bed, called "prici"
in the local language, which is on the bread oven, particularly appreciated
by guests so far.
After a day full of activities, Mrs. Stanca will wait for at dinner
with traditional dishes and she will humorously tell you stories about
the little animals of the courtyard.
After a stay in Guesthouse Casa Stanca will you realise you have been
"honour guests" and not simple clients, reason for which you
will come again with pleasure in your future holidays!

Access by car: from the church
in the centre of Sibiel, continue on the main road, following the right
bank of the river for about 200m; the guesthouse is on the left side
of the road and has several panels on the gate.
